2. Fees & Refund Policy

The following policy applies to all payments made through our website or via HitPay.
2.1 Payment Terms
- All payments must be made in full before project commencement or verification processing.
- Accepted payment method: HitPay Secure Payment Gateway (FPX, Debit/Credit Card, eWallets).
2.2 Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:
- Duplicate payments made in error.
- Service cancellation by Agensi Pengesahan Digital iVerify due to unforeseen internal reasons.
- Technical or processing errors on our payment gateway confirmed by HitPay.
2.3 Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Completed digital verification services.
- Custom website design work once started.
- Incorrect or incomplete user submissions.
- “Change of mind” after work commencement or access to deliverables.
2.4 Refund Process
Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days through the same payment method used for the original transaction.
